Friday 8th July

Yesterday our fantastic Y6 class, joined other schools from the Hallam Diocese in the annual Padley Pilgrimage.

We are so grateful for all the donations we have received from our Amazon Wish Lists.Having a growing supply of popular books has been incredible and has made such a difference to the reading culture in school.

Next week we shall be re-sending them out again. We would be really grateful of any donations.

All the children had a perfect transition day into their next class. Hopefully they have all shared with you how the day went.

Next year each class have chosen to adopt a special saint. The children researched their saint and created some beautiful art work around them.

Three of our fantastic Y6 children, helped to deliver an assembly to the whole school, to explain what we meant by saints.

I'm sure you will agree they looked very saint like .....
