A beautiful photograph of our school, taken by Mrs Gregory this week.

At the end of this term, we shall be saying goodbye to Mrs Dungworth (Y3) who shall be leaving St Josephs to explore other careers. Whilst at St Josephs Mrs Dungworth has led our science and also done a fantastic job with the school council. I am sure that you will join in thanking her for everything that she has done for our school and also wish her every success and happiness for the future.

We have appointed another experienced teacher, Mrs Stebbing, who shall replace Mrs Dungworth after the Christmas holiday.

In Year 1 Mrs Boyle has been doing a wonderful job of teaching the children remotely, expertly supported by Ms Parker and Mrs Fiddler. After the Christmas holiday Mrs Reid, shall be joining St Josephs as a Y1 teacher.

Finally, some very exciting news, this week Mrs Trewick, gave birth to her second child, a beautiful baby girl ! We wish Mr and Mrs Trewick and big sister Tilly lots of love and congratulations at this very special time.

A huge well done to Ashley in Y1, for his winning entry in the Purple Mash Festive Card Competition.
