It has been really lovely to see the new school uniform filtering into school this term.

Mrs Budd is now ready to start taking the orders for ties, book bags and badges. We are able to attach the badges for you for a small fee. An email shell be coming out to you all very shortly.

When purchasing the new uniform, please can we remind you that skirts should be appropriate school uniform and appropriate length (ie knee-length.)

On Thursday all the children watched the second Cafod Assembly, following on from the Eyes of The World.

It explores how we can put love into action by being a global neighbour and also looks at Pope Francis' letter Fratelli Tutti (on Fraternity and Social Friendship).

What is Beat the Street?

Beat the Street is a fun, free initiative that will see Sheffield transformed into a giant game!

See how far you can walk, cycle, run, scoot and roll in just 6 weeks. There are great challenges to enjoy and prizes up for grabs.

The game will start on 16 June and end on 28 July 2021.

Today Mr Findler led an assembly, to tell the children all about this initiative. They will all be bringing home an envelope today with everything you will need to get started !

A new app has been developed called 50 things to do before you're five.

The app gives 50 activities that parents and carers can support their children to try out and repeat. Each of the 50 Things have been carefully developed by education experts and early years practitioners following consultation with parents. Parents and carers will be helping their children to have exciting life experiences, developing confidence and a passion for learning new things, recognising the vital role that they play in helping to realise their children’s potential. As the weather continues to be warm and sunny, please can we remind you that children should apply sun cream before arriving in the morning, they should also bring a sun hat to school.

All children need a water bottle filled daily with fresh water. They are not allowed to bring in juice/pop of any sort (even the sugar-free variety.)

School Drop Off

Thank you to all of our parents for being so patient with us in terms of school drop offs and collections. We appreciate that the staggered starts are not ideal, although in the current climate have been extremly important.

It is as important as ever that you are punctual when dropping off your child/children. As you can imaging we are working to a very tight timetable, to ensure seperate bubbles are not mixing.
