We think the Christmas elves may have visited St Joseph's this week !

Yesterday when the children arrived, the whole school had been decorated !

It definitely is starting to look a lot like Christmas !

Another Busy Week

It's been an extremely busy week here at St Joseph's.

Yesterday our Reception children went out to Ecclesall Woods. They had a wonderful time and were beautifully behaved.

Today our Y5 children, spent a Victorian day at, Cannon Hall Farm.

They all had a fantastic time

This week I met with Mrs George, she told me that she had been so impressed with the younger children when she had taken them on a tour of the church.

They had remembered so much from previous visits. They were all engaged and interested in everything, she loved the way that they all started singing one of our favourite hymns when they were on the altar..." Our God is a great big God."

She said that they were a real joy !

We are so proud of them all.

Following the success of our coffee morning this term, we are planning another parent information coffee morning led by Jacqui Wright (our Educational Mental Health Practitioner) for the Spring. These sessions are open to all parents. We would like this to be based around the topic that parents feel would be most helpful to them.

Please complete this quick survey to state your preference from the following 3 options, and we will choose the most popular topic:

Sleep

Talking to your children about their emotions

Anxiety

More information will be coming out to you all shortly, to explain the Zones of Regulation and how they can help your child.
