This afternoon, we were truly blessed to take part in a beautiful May Procession. A huge thank you to Monsignor Mark and to all the parents who attended and helped to make this occasion so special and memorable.

This week, we welcomed Anthony from Always an Alternative into school. He delivered a brilliant assembly for the Year 3 and 4 children on anger management. The children thoroughly enjoyed it and said it was one of the best assemblies they had ever had.

One of the key messages the children took away from the assembly was that, when they are feeling angry, they should stop and consider: “Is it worth it?”

Anthony also worked with the Year 6 children, exploring anti-social behaviour and the acceptable use of social media. These were both incredibly valuable topics for our children as they prepare for their transition to high school.

We know that our children are superstars and never stop impressing us while they are in school. We also know that when they leave at the end of the school day, they continue to achieve amazing things beyond the classroom.

We would love for you to share what they have been up to and how they are living our school motto:
“We Live, We Love, We Learn, We Share.”

Earlier this month, Marcel travelled to Poland to make his First Holy Communion. During the school holidays, Aubrey, Connie and Paisley will also be making theirs at St Josephs Church.

We wish them all much love and God’s blessings at this very special time.

Summer Serenade 2025: the NeoVerse ...

On Tuesday, we held our very first Summer Serenade. It was a wonderful concert and truly showcased all the musical talent we have here at St Joseph’s. We were treated to pop songs from the choir, recorder recitals, violin performances, and a beautiful piano piece.

The children are all incredibly talented, but they are also very committed and work extremely hard every week during their rehearsals in school.

A huge thank you to Mrs Jordan and Ms Burge for pulling together such a fabulous performance.

Here are just a few photos of the event....
