Friday 26th September

What an Incredible Day!

On Monday, we celebrated the 150th Anniversary of our school with a beautiful Mass of Thanksgiving for the whole school and parish community. We were truly grateful to Bishop Heskitt for celebrating Mass with us, along with Monsignor Mark.

After Mass, parishioners and members of the school community were warmly welcomed back to the school hall to enjoy refreshments and to share special memories of our school’s history together.

It was a wonderful day of faith, gratitude, and community spirit – a fitting way to mark such an important milestone!

Another Exciting Day!

On Tuesday, the celebrations continued as a photographer kindly came to capture a special aerial shot of the whole school community using a drone.

Here you can see us all gathered together on the school field, joyfully celebrating our 150th Anniversary in a truly memorable way!

DKMS Donor Drive

We would like to let you all know that there will be a DKMS Donor Drive at Funky Dance Fever Studio, Handsworth on Saturday 12th October, 10am–4pm.

If you are able and eligible, please come along and consider joining the register or donating to support this incredible cause – one that is very close to all of our hearts.

Thank you

Is the truth really out there?

Not when it comes to conspiracy theories, now firmly recognised as safeguarding risks posing potential harm to children in the latest update to ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’–Unfortunately, young people may struggle to tell fact from fiction, especially online.

This week’s "WakeUpWednesday" guide explains how conspiracies can affect children’s mental health, critical thinking, and even make them vulnerable to radicalisation.

Big Thanks!

Thank you so much to all the parents who filled in our recent survey and shared your ideas – we really do appreciate it! 💛

We’re excited to let you know that from next Wednesday we’ll be selling tea and coffee in the Rainbow Room at drop-off. We’ll be ready from 8am, so pop in, grab a cuppa, and start the day with us!

Thanks again for all your support – we can’t wait to see you there. ☕😊
