We started off with a liturgy on Harvest and why Harvest Festival is important. We then investigated different vegetables buried in our tuff spot, discussing which our favourites are and where they come from. We looked closely at the seeds and even planted some to see if we could grow our own. 

We also listened to the song 'Cauliflowers fluffy' and did some vegetable printing which the children really enjoyed. 

Continuing our investigation into seeds and vegetables, we had a go at scooping out the seeds in some pumpkins and we planted these too. Let's see what grows in our EYFS yard!
